Yes. Your assessment results are confidential and for your use. You choose whether to share your progress and insights with your manager or anyone else.
You have 30 days to complete your assessments and 90 days to complete your personalized learning pathway—giving you plenty of time to learn at your own pace.
You’ll get access to interactive assessments, a personalized learning pathway, and a report showing your benchmark scorecard.
After compleating your purchase, you will receive an email from Nursegrid Learn with instructions for getting started, including setting up an hStream ID with the email address you provided at purchase.
If you already have an hStream ID using this email address, you do not have to create new login credentials and can begin accessing your Jane Pathway.
You will have access to transcripts through the learning center (HLC).
You can cancel your subscription by writing to us at learnsupport@nursegrid.com. A refund may be requested if the request for a refund has been made in writing and within thirty (30) days of purchase; and
Less than fifty (50%) percent of the courseware has been completed, the final exam has not been attempted, and/or the certificate of completion has not been claimed, saved, e-mailed or downloaded.
