Quality OB

The Quality OB program is a concise, effective perinatal focused learning series that ensures maximum knowledge acquisition and retention. It also includes clinical reasoning assessment through the creative use of virtual simulation. The program six competency based modules related to high-risk patient safety issues, such as Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM), Postpartum Hemorrhage, Hypertension in Pregnancy, Shoulder Dystocia, Trial Of Labor After Cesarean (TOLAC), Effective Communication and Event Disclosure and twelve EFM Tracing Activity modules provides opportunity for reinforced, ongoing knowledge to be distributed monthly encouraging long term retention of tracing assessment skills.  The ultimate goal of this program is to decrease adverse patient outcomes.
